Difficult-Access Hot Tub Removal

Hot tubs are often located in backyards with narrow gates, side yards, grass, dirt, gravel, slopes, walls, or other obstacles. We use specialized spa dollies, all-terrain equipment, ramps, wood planks, and other tools to safely move hot tubs through difficult-access areas.

Some working hot tubs in good condition may qualify for free removal. Eligibility depends on the spa’s age, brand, condition, location, and accessibility. Send us photos of the hot tub and the access from the spa to the street or driveway so we can determine whether it qualifies.

To increase the chances of qualifying for free removal, please have the hot tub filled and heated when sending us photos or videos so we can verify that it is fully functional. Once the removal is scheduled, the hot tub must be completely drained before our crew arrives.

Preparing Your Hot Tub for Removal

Before our crew arrives, the hot tub should be completely drained and disconnected from electrical and plumbing connections. Please allow enough time for the spa to fully drain before your scheduled removal.

Hot Tub Removal by Crane

If there is not enough ground access to safely remove a hot tub, crane service may be required. This can happen when walls, buildings, steep slopes, or other obstacles block the normal pathway. We can help coordinate the move and handle the hot tub before and after the crane lift.

Landfill Disposal for Unwanted Hot Tubs

Hot tubs that are very old, severely damaged, or beyond repair are transported to an appropriate landfill or disposal facility. Once removed from your property, the spa is taken away for final disposal so it cannot be reused or resold.

This option is ideal for hot tubs with major structural damage, cracked shells, extensive rot, missing components, or other problems that make repair impractical. Our crew handles the removal, loading, transportation, and disposal from start to finish.
